We do not start with open-ended hourly billing or vague promises. Every engagement follows a strict, two-phase process designed to systematically clear your technical debt and permanently unblock your roadmap.
Before we write a single line of code, we need to know exactly what is broken. We begin with a fixed-price, 1-to-2-week architectural audit of your Python infrastructure.
The Process:
Access: We sign an NDA and you grant read-only access to the codebase and infrastructure.
Analysis: We conduct a deep-dive review of your dependencies, security hygiene, test coverage, performance bottlenecks, and data models.
Delivery: We hand over the written report and conduct a 30-minute strategic walkthrough with your leadership team.
The Deliverable: You receive a 10–15 page plain-English health report. This includes a ranked remediation list with clear effort estimates, a hit-list of sub-24-hour "quick wins," and a fixed-price proposal to execute the heavy lifting.
Once the baseline is established, you own the roadmap. Clients typically transition into one of four execution models to clear their backlog and accelerate shipping.
The Fix Project: We systematically clear the top-priority architectural and performance issues identified in the audit. (Fixed price, scoped post-audit)
Fractional Tech Lead: Ongoing architectural direction, code review, roadmap planning, and senior hiring support. (Monthly retainer)
Embedded Engineering: 1-to-3 dedicated engineers embedded directly into your team to clear the backlog and increase velocity. (Scoped post-audit, 3-month minimum)
Automation: End-to-end automation of a manual, operationally heavy workflow, with human-in-the-loop review built in. (Fixed price)
